Structural and Magnetic Properties of Terbium Iron Garnet

TIG has a cubic crystal structure with a lattice parameter of approximately 12.4 Å. It has a high magnetization and a Curie temperature of around 570 K. TIG also exhibits magneto-optical effects, making it useful in applications such as magnetic sensors and optical isolators.
