    Y3Fe5O12 has a high magnetic anisotropy and low magnetic damping, making it an excellent magnet for high-frequency applications. It also has a high electrical resistivity, low dielectric loss, and a low thermal coefficient of expansion, which make it a suitable material for high-frequency microwave devices and spintronic applications.
